Guest Biography
David French is senior legal counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund and director of the ADF's Center for Academic Freedom. A graduate of Harvard Law School, he has taught at Cornell Law School and authored numerous articles and several books.
Alan Sears is president, CEO and general counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund. Recognized as one of America's outstanding lawyers by the American Bar Association, he has served as a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and has held numerous other federal government positions.
