Guest Biography
Arthur Craig is pastor of Woodhaven Baptist Deaf Church in Houston, TX. He and his wife, Barbara, lost their 27-year-old son Brian in April, 2002 as a result of an explosion during explosive clearing operations in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
Wendy Gade is the wife of Major Daniel Gade, a West Point graduate who was awarded a double Purple Heart for severe injuries sustained during Operation Iraqi Freedom. The couple has one daughter, Anna Grace, who is 4-years-old.
A graduate of West Point, Capt. Chris Plekenpol served for six years in the U.S. Army, deployed for part of that time as a combat company commander in Iraq. His experiences there form the basis for his book, Faith in the Fog of War.
