Guest Biography
Major General (Retired) Robert Dees is the Executive Director of Military Ministry for Campus Crusade for Christ International. A graduate of West Point, Dees served with distinction as an infantry commander and staff officer before retiring from the U.S. Army in 2003. He and his wife, Kathleen, have two married children and four grandchildren.
Dr. Loree Sutton is a psychiatrist and a colonel in the U.S. Army, currently serving as a commander at the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas. She holds a medical degree from Loma Linda University and completed her residency training in psychiatry at Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco, California. Sutton is a highly decorated soldier whose awards include the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal.
Commander (Retired) Mark Waddell is a vice president and the Director of Special Projects for the Humanitarian International Services Group. Waddell served for 25 years as a Special Operations member on elite Navy SEAL teams before retiring from the U.S. Navy in 2006. His wife, Marshele, is a public speaker and author of the book Hope for the Home Front. The couple has three children.
