Boone and Peggy Powell Boone Powell was the president and CEO of Baylor Health Care System in Dallas, TX. He currently serves on several boards and raises funds for different organizations such as Children's Hospital in Basra, Iraq. Boone and his wife, Peggy, lead a Bible discussion group in their home for couples expecting their first child. The Powells have been married for nearly 50 years. They have three grown children and seven grandchildren.
