Constance Rhodes is the founder and director of FINDINGbalance, a faith-based health and wellness organization with an emphasis on eating and body image issues. She is a lay expert on eating disorders, a popular public speaker and the author of numerous articles and two books, Life Inside the "Thin" Cage and The Art of Being. Constance and her husband, AJ, reside in Tennessee and have three children.
