Kirk Cameron is best known for playing the role of Mike Seaver on the TV sitcom Growing Pains. He currently acts in and directs Christian-themed movies, and is also involved in an evangelical ministry called The Way of the Master which includes a TV series and a daily radio program.

Alex Kendrick is the director and co-writer of the film Fireproof. He also directed and played the lead male role in the films Flywheel and Facing the Giants. Alex and his wife, Christina, have five children.

Stephen Kendrick, brother of Alex Kendrick, is the producer and co-writer of Fireproof. He is also an associate teaching pastor for Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Ga. He and his wife, Jill, have three children.

Jim McBride is an executive pastor at Sherwood Baptist Church and is responsible for the church's moviemaking ministry, Sherwood Pictures, which produced Fireproof. Jim also served as an actor in and an executive director for Flywheel, Facing the Giants and Fireproof.
