Carrie Prejean has competed in the Miss USA series of pageants and holds the title Miss California USA 2009. She recently placed first runner up in the Miss USA 2009 pageant. Carrie is currently pursuing a liberal studies degree at a Christian college and has been involved in a number of philanthropic efforts including working with special needs and foster care kids.
