Guest Biography
Bautista Perez, also known as Shoe Foot, was a shaman of the Yanomamo tribe when some Christian missionaries came to his village and shared the Gospel with him. Perez became a Christian and has since been actively involved in reaching his own people with the love of Christ. He has traveled extensively in the United States, speaking in college campuses about his people and his experiences in the spirit world. He and his wife, Marilu, have 8 children.
Gary Dawson is the director of Mission Padamo. He also works in translation and maintenance, and teaches bi-monthly seminars. Gary and his wife, Marie, have been serving the Yanomamo people of Venezuela for more than 30 years. The couple has five grown children.
