Guest Biography

Grace Prescott (deceased) was a public school instructional aide who taught remedial reading. She was also a public speaker and a missionary in Puerto Rico, Cuba and the Virgin Islands. It was while she and her husband, Lyle, were serving in the Virgin Islands that he was killed in a tragic incident that occurred while he was fishing with a friend. Grace later lost two of her four children as well. She herself passed away in 1998 at age 88.
