Guest Biography
Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1996, Joe Gibbs is one of the most successful coaches in NFL history. As head coach of the Washington Redskins for 12 seasons, he led his team to eight playoff appearances, four NFC Championship titles and three Super Bowl wins. He currently serves as "Special Advisor" to the Redskins' team owner. Gibbs is also the owner of Joe Gibbs Racing which has garnered 145 wins in NASCAR, including three NASCAR Cup Series championships. He and his wife, Pat, reside near Huntersville, N.C., and have two grown sons and eight grandchildren.
