  • Instead of eating a "real" meal, I frequently eat empty calories such as candy or chips (especially if they're fat free).
  • When I'm eating out, I always ask for foods to be specially prepared (without butter, oils, or cheese, etc.).
  • A typical lunch for me is Diet Coke or coffee and fruit or a dinner salad (for example: just greens—no meat, no cheese, no extras).
  • I won't eat anything if I don't know how many calories and /or fat grams are in it.
  • I frequently make a meal out of low-fat microwave popcorn.
  • I won't eat a slice of pizza, but I'll eat everyone's leftover crusts.
  • I've learned how to look as if I'm eating a lot even when I'm not.
  • My friends tell me my eating habits are weird.
  • If I eat (what I consider to be) too much at lunch, then I'll probably skip dinner.
  • Sometimes I skip out on social functions because I don't want to have to eat what is being served.
  • Even though I don't let myself eat what I want to, I actually love to eat.
  • My weight would not be considered too thin by today's standards (on television).
  • My goal is to eat less than 1,500 calories a day.
  • A good day is when I don't eat anything on my "restricted" list.
  • I am tired of thinking about eating (and being thin) all the time.
